Job title: Full Stack Developer
Role Summary: Design, build, and maintain high‑performance user interfaces using React/Next.js for post‑quantum cryptography products, collaborating closely with product, backend, and UX teams to deliver intuitive, secure, and scalable web applications.
Expectations: Deliver features rapidly following the principles of “Done over perfect”, applying KISS, DRY, and SOLID. Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and documentation practices while continuously improving frontend architecture and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive React/Next.js components and pages
- Integrate REST APIs and, where applicable, gRPC services
- Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, bundle size, lazy loading)
- Write unit, component, and end‑to‑end tests with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
- Collaborate on UI/UX design using Tailwind CSS or similar libraries
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technology upgrades
- Maintain version control with Git and participate in CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility
- Apply secure coding practices and stay informed on cryptography basics
Required Skills:
- Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, React Hooks, and Context API
- Experience with UI libraries (Tailwind, chadcn/ui, etc.)
- REST API integration and familiarity with gRPC (bonus)
- Frontend performance tooling (Webpack, Vite, Core Web Vitals)
- Testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
- Git workflow, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security (preferred)
- Basic understanding of cryptography and cybersecurity (preferred)
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, startup or deep‑tech environments
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Relevant certifications in full‑stack or front‑end development are advantageous but not mandatory.
