Manage departure briefings, fleet monitoring, captain communications, stopover oversight, and document handling. Lead a structured improvement project aligned with personal strengths and team goals, contributing to process optimization, tool development, or stakeholder engagement. Expectations • Become autonomous in core support tasks within weeks. • Demonstrate clear, professional written communication in English. • Adapt quickly to maritime operations and internal tools. • Own a project from conception to documentation and presentation. • Collaborate effectively across data, tech, and maritime teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Prepare and send departure briefings for each voyage. 2. Monitor fleet status at sea, manage alerts, and respond to captain queries. 3. Track stopover schedules, update voyage data, and maintain documentation records. 4. Support onboard and offboard communications, improving clarity and efficiency. 5. Design and implement a chosen improvement project (e.g., communication framework, feedback loop, process automation, support tool). 6. Document project methodology, outcomes, and recommendations for future reference.
