Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Role Summary: Generate and qualify sales leads through targeted phone and email campaigns, maintain pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to secure new logos in the authentication and brand protection market. Expectations: Achieve quarterly lead and conversion targets, keep CRM data accurate, and provide timely updates on campaign performance to senior management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute lead‑generation campaigns with defined target lists. • Conduct outbound calls and send persuasive emails to prospective clients. • Qualify leads, prepare quotes, and manage hand‑offs for opportunities exceeding pre‑agreed value. • Log all activities in CRM, ensuring up‑to‑date information. • Track and report on lead pipeline, campaign effectiveness, and sales metrics. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to refine outreach. • Coordinate with marketing on campaign strategy and with sales on qualified lead hand‑offs. Required Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Strong planning, organization, and independent work ability. • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office. • Persuasive sales and customer‑facing skills. Required Education & Certifications: • A‑Level qualification or equivalent; experience and attitude weigh heavier than formal credentials. • Minimum 1‑3 years inside‑sales or lead‑generation experience, preferably in authentication/brand protection or related solutions sales.
