Job Description
Job Title: ICT Lead Developer Role Summary Lead development of enterprise and client‑facing software solutions within a large applications team. Close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define technical directions, set coding standards, and drive delivery of robust, scalable products. Expectations - Conduct architectural design and technology selection for new initiatives and major enhancements. - Mentor and coach developers, on‑board new team members, and promote best coding practices. - Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews and automated testing. - Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery cadence while maintaining alignment to business priorities. Key Responsibilities - Own end‑to‑end development lifecycle for mission‑critical applications: requirements intake, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Partner with Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria. - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and monitoring for continuous delivery. - Implement and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and technical debt reduction plans. - Resolve complex technical issues, provide root‑cause analysis, and propose preventive measures. - Forge collaborations with DevOps, QA, and security teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. - Keep abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their relevance to existing stack. Required Skills - 7+ years of software development experience in object‑oriented languages (e.g., Java, C#, .NET). - Strong grasp of modern architecture patterns (microservices, event‑driven, server‑less). - Proven experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, data modelling and query optimisation. - Proficiency in containerisation (Docker), orchestration (K8s), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Expertise in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). - Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, UI). - Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure coding practices. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or similar are desirable.

**Job Title:** Project Information Manager **Role Summary:** Lead information management for civil engineering projects, coordinating the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) tools, ensuring deliverables tracking, and driving data interoperability between client and project CDEs.
