Job Description
**Job Title:** Information Manager **Role Summary:** Oversee the creation, organization, and dissemination of project information and documentation for civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Ensure data integrity, compliance with standards, and effective information flow across all project phases, supporting design, construction, and maintenance activities. **Expectations:** - Maintain consistent, high-quality information management processes across multiple projects. - Act as the primary point of contact for information-related inquiries from engineering, construction, and client teams. - Deliver timely, accurate information to support decision‑making and project delivery within budget and schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and enforce documentation and data management standards for design packages, submittals, as‑built records, and change orders. - Manage and audit the project Information Management System (IMS), including BIM models, CAD drawings, specs, and related digital assets. - Coordinate data collection, validation, and distribution to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650, P3, BIM Execution Plan). - Conduct periodic reviews and updates of information deliverables to reflect project changes. - Mentor and train project personnel on information handling best practices. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to identify information gaps and implement solutions. - Monitor and report metrics on information quality, accessibility, and usage. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of civil engineering project documentation and data structures. - Proficiency with BIM/3D CAD platforms (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and document control systems. - Experience with project information management standards (ISO 19650, P3). - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field. - Professional certifications such as a project information management credential (e.g., ACE Certificate in Project Information Management) or equivalent are preferred. - Minimum 3–5 years experience in project information control or BIM coordination within infrastructure or civil engineering projects. ---

Job Title: ICT Lead Developer Role Summary Lead development of enterprise and client‑facing software solutions within a large applications team. Close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define technical directions, set coding standards, and drive delivery of robust, scalable products. Expectations - Conduct architectural design and technology selection for new initiatives and major enhancements. - Mentor and coach developers, on‑board new team members, and promote best coding practices. - Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews and automated testing. - Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery cadence while maintaining alignment to business priorities.
