Job Description

Job Title: ICT Lead Developer Role Summary Lead development of enterprise and client‑facing software solutions within a large applications team. Close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define technical directions, set coding standards, and drive delivery of robust, scalable products. Expectations - Conduct architectural design and technology selection for new initiatives and major enhancements. - Mentor and coach developers, on‑board new team members, and promote best coding practices. - Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews and automated testing. - Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery cadence while maintaining alignment to business priorities. Required Skills - 7+ years of software development experience in object‑oriented languages (e.g., Java, C#, .NET). - Strong grasp of modern architecture patterns (microservices, event‑driven, server‑less). - Proven experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases, data modelling and query optimisation. - Proficiency in containerisation (Docker), orchestration (K8s), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Expertise in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). - Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, UI). - Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure coding practices. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer – Associate, or similar are desirable.

**Job Title:** Project Information Manager **Role Summary:** Lead information management for civil engineering projects, coordinating the use of Common Data Environment (CDE) tools, ensuring deliverables tracking, and driving data interoperability between client and project CDEs.
