Job Description
Job title: Enterprise Sales Development Representative Role Summary: Generate and qualify new enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead triage, and creative outreach, partnering with Account Executives and Marketing to drive qualified opportunities. Expactations: Deliver monthly outreach volume, lead qualification rates, and meeting booking targets; contribute to playbook development; maintain CRM accuracy; provide timely field feedback to refine messaging and pipeline goals. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage key decision makers • Initiate and manage cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls • Qualify inbound leads against ICP and update CRM in real time • Schedule discovery and qualification meetings with Account Executives • Collaborate with marketing to test and iterate outreach messaging • Share field insights to improve playbook and pipeline metrics • Follow up on leads promptly to convert into qualified opportunities • Track and report outreach performance and conversion data • Continuously refine prospecting processes and documentation. Required Skills: • 1+ year experience in pipeline generation or process‑heavy sales role • Proven track record in early‑stage or ambiguous environments • Complex, consultative sales mindset • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Self‑motivated, accountable, and disciplined in prioritization • Ability to learn quickly and iterate strategy under fast‑moving conditions. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience • Optional certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger) preferable.
