**Job Title**
SAP S/4HANA Project Manager – Migration & Non‑Regression
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end migration of an SAP ERP system to S/4HANA, ensuring business continuity and zero functional regression. Act as the nexus between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving project milestones, testing strategy, and risk mitigation within a high‑visibility, multi‑disciplinary environment.
**Expatations**
- Minimum 5 years’ SAP project experience, with at least one completed S/4HANA migration.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects in a multi‑stakeholder setting.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., PM, PP, PS) and work order processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in functional testing and non‑regression quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Methodical, detail‑oriented, and proactive risk management mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the full migration lifecycle: preparation, cut‑over, stabilisation.
- Define, document, and execute the comprehensive test strategy (functional, business, non‑regression).
- Write detailed test protocols and oversee testing teams, ensuring timely identification and resolution of defects.
- Facilitate a community of ~15 business users, translating requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Monitor project health through regular status reports, risk logs, and progression dashboards.
- Lead project governance meetings (committees, progress reviews) and deliver structured reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary SAP subject‑matter expert for cross‑functional teams, providing guidance on best practices and configuration decisions.
**Required Skills**
- SAP S/4HANA migration expertise (ERP configuration, data migration, cut‑over procedures).
- Functional testing & non‑regression methodology (test planning, execution, defect management).
- Project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder management).
- Strong analytical and documentation capabilities (process mapping, test cases, reports).
- Effective leadership and facilitation in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP certification in S/4HANA (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Migration) preferred.
- Additional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or testing (ISTQB) advantageous.
