**Job Title** Data Analyst – Product (H/F) **Role Summary** Deliver data‑driven insights to shape product strategy and user experience. Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses, design and evaluate A/B tests, and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams and leadership. **Expectations** - Own analytical projects from hypothesis to actionable recommendations. - Work autonomously with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and BI teams. - Maintain rigor in statistical methodology, data governance, and dashboard validation. - Demonstrate clear, concise communication, translating complex analyses into accessible presentations. **Key Responsibilities** - Perform deep descriptive and exploratory studies of user behavior across app features. - Model user interactions to identify drivers of engagement, retention, and conversion. - Proactively uncover opportunities for analysis to inform product roadmap; participate in kick‑off sessions (objectives, KPIs, tracking). - Define, run, and analyze A/B tests; document statistical significance and actionable insights. - Produce visual reports, dashboards, and concise decks for business and executive stakeholders. - Monitor KPI trends, assess business impact, and alert product teams to critical issues. - Peer‑review BI engineer outputs; validate production dashboards. - Lead or support continuous improvement of the A/B testing framework (statistical tests, KPI definition, scope). - Develop Python‑based analytical tools, collaborate with Data Scientists on complex projects, and manage code via GitHub. - Champion methodological excellence and innovation within the data team. **Required Skills** - Strong statistical analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing). - Advanced proficiency in SQL (BigQuery); data querying and manipulation. - Expertise in Python for data analysis and tool development. - Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau preferred). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform). - Version control with Git (GitHub). - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts. - Project ownership, initiative, autonomy, and rigorous methodological mindset. - Empathy toward users and collaborative attitude toward cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree from a recognized engineering school (Statistics, Data Mining, Mathematics) or a Master’s in Statistics. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst in a digital/product environment. ---
