Job Description
**Job Title:** Cloud Services Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, deploy, and manage Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365) cloud environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services. Partner with DevOps, security, and IT teams to implement best‑practice CI/CD, governance, and AI integrations while providing Tier 3 support and migration expertise. **Expectations:** - 5+ years of hands‑on cloud engineering experience. - Proven track record delivering Azure and M365 solutions at scale. - Ability to lead migrations, optimize performance, and enforce security/compliance. - Strong communication and documentation skills for cross‑functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure and services. - Configure, manage, and optimize M365 services; drive adoption of new features. - Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams on CI/CD pipelines and governance. - Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting for Azure and M365 issues. - Monitor service health; apply proactive improvements for performance and availability. - Develop migration strategies from on‑premises to Azure/M365; execute rollouts. - Design AI‑powered solutions using Azure AI (OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML) and integrate them into M365/Power Platform workflows. - Partner with data and analytics teams to enable AI‑driven insights. - Produce and maintain architecture, configuration, and procedural documentation. - Contribute to cloud strategy, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Azure architecture and service management. - M365 administration and deployment. - Azure AI services and M365 AI integration (e.g., Copilot, Power Platform). - Cloud security, networking, identity & access management. - Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python). - CI/CD concepts and tooling. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Experience supporting global/multi‑site environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are preferred but not mandatory.
