Job Description: **Job title:** Senior Data Security Consultant **Role Summary:** Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise data protection programs. Conduct data classification audits, implement DLP, Information Protection, and CASB solutions, secure Microsoft 365 environments, guide clients on data governance, support pre‑sales activities, and mentor junior consultants. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in data protection. - Proven ability to operate autonomously and coordinate cross‑functional teams. - Deep knowledge of Microsoft security stack and data compliance frameworks. - Strong communication skills in French and English, with proficiency in written and oral presentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute data protection strategies aligned with business needs. - Perform data classification, protection, and compliance audits. - Deploy and configure DLP, Information Protection, and CASB solutions (Microsoft Purview, others). - Secure collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange). - Advise clients on data governance and retention policies. - Contribute to pre‑sales: scoping, pricing, and technical presentations. - Lead and manage junior/associate consultants. **Required Skills:** - Microsoft Purview (MPIP, DLP, Insider Risk Management, DSPM) and/or equivalent DLP platforms. - M365 security: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Office 365. - Risk management and implementation of compliance controls. - Familiarity with regulatory standards: GDPR, ISO 27001, data retention policies. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities. - Bilingual (French & English). **Required Education & Certifications:** - BAC+5 (Master’s level) in Engineering or equivalent university degree. - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data protection (consulting or in‑house). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Mastering DLP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are highly desirable.
