Job Description
**Job title**: Business Process Owner – Commercial (Fixed-term Contract) **Role Summary**: Lead and coordinate the definition, implementation, and optimization of commercial processes and a CRM solution across Sales, Field, and Commercial Management teams. Act as the bridge between operational stakeholders and the commercial transformation project team to align the CRM with business needs, standards, and data practices. **Expectations**: - Deliver a fully functional CRM that meets commercial process requirements while staying within native platform capabilities. - Drive change management, ensuring high adoption and continuous improvement. - Partner with cross‑functional teams to prioritize and deliver project milestones on schedule. **Key Responsibilities**: - Capture and translate commercial team needs into CRM requirements, drafting statements of need and prioritisation matrices. - Define and safeguard business process standards for integration into the CRM. - Coordinate workshops, identify contributors, and orchestrate stakeholder alignment during scoping phases. - Participate in solution selection and support the broader CRM project lifecycle. - Champion change management: communication, training, and performance monitoring to embed new processes. - Contribute to related commercial transformation initiatives as required. **Required Skills**: - 10+ years of senior experience in sales excellence, CRM, or sales consulting. - Deep knowledge of full sales cycle processes across prospecting, residential/field sales, and account management. - Strong project management: planning, scoping, prioritising, and tracking. - Proven leadership in cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder engagement. - Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate technical solutions into business value. - Proficiency in CRM concepts, functional design, and data governance. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree equivalent to Bac+5 (MBA, Master’s in Business, Engineering with a focus on business). - Professional certifications in CRM (e.g., Salesforce Administrator/Developer, Microsoft Dynamics Specialist) or project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile) preferred.
