Job Description
Job Title: Applications Project Manager – Sage X3 (F/M) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Sage X3 ERP implementations and related IT applications across multiple subsidiaries. Act as both functional and methodological contributor, bridging business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets. Expectations: - Own portfolio of IT application projects with strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders across national and European sites. - Communicate progress and risks to senior IT leadership and business units. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and qualify user requirements for ERP, intranet, web, and mobile solutions. - Propose and align solutions with the group’s information system landscape. - Plan, prioritize, and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. - Select, onboard, and supervise external partners and vendors. - Organize testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities. - Monitor post‑deployment service quality and resolve issues promptly. Required Skills: - Proven experience managing IT application projects, preferably in ERP implementation. - In‑depth knowledge of Sage X3 deployment for mid‑market/SME environments. - Strong functional and business analysis capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder coordination and project leadership. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Mobile, web, and intranet background is an advantage. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. - Certified project management credential (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) highly desirable.

Job Description
Job Title: Information Security Systems Reference Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of security controls across the group’s information systems, ensuring adherence to international standards and regulations while managing cyber risk throughout acquisition, governance, and incident response processes. Expactations: - Demonstrate 3+ years of cyber risk and information security management experience in a multi‑site environment. - Proficiency with XDR, EDR, SIEM, and cloud/on‑premise threat detection tools. - Fluent in English; travel to national subsidiaries and European offices as required. Key Responsibilities: - Translate and contextualise the group’s security policy to relevant operational areas. - Build and maintain a network of security focal points within business units. - Oversee detection, analysis, and resolution of security incidents; conduct root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions. - Keep operational documentation current and conduct regular vulnerability assessments with infrastructure and application teams. - Embed security controls from inception in new SI projects (applications, infrastructure). - Verify projects comply with internal standards and external regulations (ISO 27001, NIS 2, NIST, GDPR, etc.). - Plan and conduct internal audits; develop and deliver security training and awareness campaigns. - Produce and disseminate communications on cyber threats to internal audiences. Required Skills: - Expertise in cyber risk assessment, threat intelligence, and incident response. - Advanced knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and risk‑management frameworks. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation abilities. - Effective stakeholder engagement and communication in a multinational context. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent highly preferred. - Familiarity with ISO 27000 series, NIS 2, NIST, GDPR regulations.
