Job title: Career Development Officer (Junior) Role Summary Partner as a full‑cycle recruiter and career development partner for IT roles, driving talent acquisition, candidate experience, and internal career mobility within an IT organization. Expectations - Deliver recruitment results aligned with annual targets (100+ hires). - Actively source and attract top IT talent across multiple channels. - Provide a compelling candidate journey and maintain high engagement. - Support managers in long‑term career planning for their teams. Key Responsibilities - Acquire deep knowledge of IT and hybrid roles (Software Developer, Security Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Microsoft Consultant, Data Consultant, etc.). - Manage sourcing channels: LinkedIn, social media, company website, educational institutions, industry events, and job fairs. - Own end‑to‑end recruitment process: requisition, candidate search, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and contract signing. - Draft and post attractive job descriptions; prepare and execute employment contracts. - Keep close partnership with managers and team leads to anticipate hiring needs and understand evolving role requirements. - Represent the company at academic partnership events and internal recruitment fairs. - Organize and conduct IT recruitment events to foster interaction and strengthen employer brand. - Continuously refine hiring practices to reduce time‑to‑fill and improve quality of hire. - Monitor industry recruitment trends, propose innovation, and maintain up‑to‑date best practices. - Participate in regular coaching and performance reviews with supervisor and peers. Required Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication aptitude; persuasive storytelling of opportunities. - Commercial orientation with proven drive to meet or exceed recruitment KPIs. - Persistence, resilience, and problem‑solving under competitive talent markets. - Adaptability to shifting priorities and rapid changes in business needs. - Comfortable with both business‑oriented and highly technical roles. - Team player with high energy, sociable, and proactive engagement. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (commercial, marketing, business administration, or related). - Experience in IT recruitment is a plus. - Bilingual proficiency in French/Dutch and functional English is desirable.
