**Job Title** Interim Payroll & HR Systems Transformation Lead – 12 months FTC **Role Summary** Lead a strategic transformation programme to unify Payroll and HR systems across the UK. Own the end‑to‑end blueprint, migration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live success. Simplify and standardise processes, deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes, and secure senior stakeholder alignment. Champion change through communication and engagement while ensuring governance and reporting via the PMO. **Expectations** * 12‑month fixed‑term contract within a senior transformation role * Hybrid working with travel across the UK * Deliver a cohesive payroll & HR system ecosystem, achieving business‑aligned outcomes **Key Responsibilities** 1. Define the future state blueprint for Payroll & HR systems, mapping transition from legacy to new architecture. 2. Own the migration plan: design, build, test, deploy, and manage post‑go‑live support. 3. Standardise and simplify processes to align with strategic vision. 4. Quantify and deliver measurable outcomes—financial, operational, and strategic. 5. Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration across the organisation. 6. Influences senior stakeholders, securing buy‑in and maintaining alignment. 7. Champion change through clear communication, engagement plans, and readiness initiatives. 8. Partner with the PMO to ensure governance, reporting, and delivery remain on track. **Required Skills** * Proven experience leading end‑to‑end payroll and HR transformation programmes. * Deep expertise in SAP and HR system architecture, integrations, and data migration. * Strong business case development, blueprint design, testing, and deployment skills. * Track record of delivering payroll integrations with measurable business benefits. * Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior stakeholder engagement. * Detail‑orientated, strong project governance, and autonomous execution. * Ability to travel nationally as required. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline. * Relevant certification such as PMP, Prince2, SAP Certified Application Associate, or HRIS certification preferred.
