**Job Title:** Stage - Insights Analyst Marketing (H/F/X)
**Role Summary:** Conduct media campaign analysis and consumer profiling, develop dashboards, and support pre‑sales activities within the Insight & Analytics team.
**Expectations:** Deliver actionable insights for marketing campaigns, collaborate across sales and product teams, and continuously improve analytical tools and processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Calculate and evaluate media performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, visibility, attention, visits).
- Perform profiling studies using Veepee, geolocation, and DSP semantic data.
- Measure outcomes of Veepee and Veepee|ad innovations.
- Provide recommendations aligned with client commercial goals after campaign reviews.
- Analyze digital questionnaire results to enrich partner consumer knowledge.
- Create and present findings in Google Slides, ensuring clear hierarchy and correct language.
- Build and update data visualizations in Google Sheets, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
- Participate in dev & refactoring of insight tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, SQL).
**Required Skills:**
- Baccalaureate or higher (Bac+3) in digital marketing, data analytics, or related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (basic formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Basic to intermediate experience with data‑visualisation tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Self‑directed, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent organisational skills.
- Effective written and oral communication; fluent in French, proficient in English.
- Team orientation, empathy, and excellent collaboration attitude.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Completed or ongoing degree in digital marketing, data science, statistics, or comparable discipline.
- No mandatory certifications required, but knowledge of Retail Media, programmatic advertising, SQL, and experience managing digital ad campaigns (SEA, social, programmatic) is a plus.
