**Job title**
Intern – Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Projects
**Role Summary**
Support the Internal Communications & Editorial team, primarily driving initiatives that showcase employee programs, HR updates, and engagement projects. Work independently under a project manager, coordinating cross‑functional communication, producing editorial content, visual design, and managing project logistics.
**Expectations**
- Deliver clear, engaging content for internal audiences across email, Slack, intranet articles, and dynamic screens.
- Maintain editorial coherence and design consistency with the organization’s visual identity.
- Meet project deadlines while balancing multiple communication initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Internal Communication Management**
- Structure and support communications for employee‑focused topics (programs, key HR info, internal news).
- Gather and formalize briefs from People, Learning, Engagement, and other stakeholders.
- Write and distribute content on internal channels (emails, Slack posts, intranet, dynamic screens).
2. **Cross‑Functional Project Coordination**
- Co‑design and animate internal actions related to CSR, engagement, culture, and fundraising initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate stakeholders, manage logistics, and oversee distribution.
3. **Content Creation & Design**
- Produce visuals (infographics, screen graphics, banners, mini‑guides) using Canva or equivalent.
- Adapt messages into appropriate visual formats while ensuring graphical coherence with brand guidelines.
**Required Skills**
- Current student (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) in Communication, HR, Business School or related field.
- Strong written communication; ability to simplify complex topics.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or other layout tools.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and independent work.
- Interpersonal skills for coordination; ability to take briefs and engage with diverse teams.
- Creative mindset, curiosity, proactive, comfortable with digital tools.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Undergraduate or master’s level (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
