Job title: Marketing Manager Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of Mast’s global marketing strategy across brand, content, digital, and events, driving awareness and positioning the company as the leading voice in modern lending technology. Expactations: • Deliver measurable marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and revenue growth. • Communicate complex fintech concepts in clear, engaging stories that resonate with enterprise buyers. • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to create compelling go‑to‑market materials. • Maintain a high level of brand consistency and media presence across digital and traditional channels. • Manage external agencies and freelancers efficiently, ensuring cost‑effective delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute integrated marketing plans covering brand, content, digital, and events. - Create high‑impact campaigns that focus on ROI rather than vanity metrics. - Produce content (case studies, articles, newsletters, website copy, social posts) that educates and engages target audiences. - Secure media coverage, awards, and speaking opportunities to elevate the brand in industry forums. - Partner with the commercial team to produce sales enablement assets that support client acquisition. - Analyze campaign performance with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools; iterate strategies based on data. - Oversee agency and freelancer work, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project deadlines. Required Skills: - 4–8 years of B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services marketing experience. - Proven ability to craft strategic plans and execute hands‑on marketing initiatives. - Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a track record of successful content marketing. - Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms. - Commercial awareness of enterprise buying cycles and ability to translate insights into campaign tactics. - Comfortable working independently in a small, high‑velocity team environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications required, but familiarity with HubSpot or digital marketing certifications is a plus.
