Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with new customers via video, chat, and email to ensure smooth product adoption. 2. Design and author onboarding assets (guides, documentation, email sequences, office hours) for scalable implementation. 3. Identify accounts with expansion potential; collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to nurture growth. 4. Coordinate with Support and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. 5.
