Job Description
**Job Title:** Internal Sales Associate **Role Summary:** Support regional sales consultants by identifying and nurturing relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, family offices, and broker-dealer partners. Deliver investment education, market insights, and sales collateral to drive new asset growth across the National & Independent Broker-Dealer channel. **Expectations:** - Acquire Series 7 and 63 licenses within 90 days. - Build and maintain active outreach cadence via phone, digital, and in‑person channels. - Expand territory coverage and increase net new assets under management. - Participate in periodic travel to reinforce advisor relationships and execute marketing initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with external wholesalers to maximize market share and territory penetration. - Proactively engage financial professionals to educate them on investment solutions and portfolio strategy. - Provide timely market perspectives, analytical briefings, and sales literature. - Design and execute periodic sales and marketing campaigns. - Attend ongoing training, professional development, and performance reviews. - Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Skills:** - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Curiosity and self‑direction to develop expertise in capital markets and financial instruments. - Problem‑solving and initiative‑driven mindset. - Collaboration and teamwork orientation. - Time‑management and multitasking proficiency. - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline (preferred). - Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in financial services. - Series 7 and 63 licenses (or completion within 90 days).
