**Job Title** Software Engineering Manager, Sales Technology **Role Summary** Lead a 5‑9 engineer team building scalable, distributed platforms that power B2B and B2C sales operations. Own end‑to‑end delivery from architecture to deployment, drive engineering excellence, and align technical output with product roadmaps and business KPIs. **Expactations** - Deliver high‑quality, reliable systems that support $3B+ annual revenue. - Foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and rapid iteration. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional leaders (Product, Design, Analytics, Sales Operations). **Key Responsibilities** - Guide the team through design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Partner with Product Managers to shape roadmaps, requirements, and KPIs. - Mentor engineers via 1:1s, code reviews, and career development. - Implement best‑practice engineering improvements for reliability, scalability, and velocity. - Collaborate across engineering domains to build and reuse common APIs, services, and frameworks. - Engage senior leaders to design solutions addressing complex customer and business needs. - Drive technical roadmap planning to balance sustainability and near‑term delivery. **Required Skills** - >8 years software engineering experience, including >5 years in technical leadership. - Proven track record delivering scalable, distributed systems in complex business environments. - Strong architectural and design judgment with hands‑on technical depth. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align technical and business perspectives. - Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Analytics, and Commercial stakeholders. - Demonstrated mentoring and growth of engineers at all experience levels. - Bias toward action: rapid iteration, testing, learning, and customer focus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
