Software Engineer
Role Summary: Design and build scalable infrastructure, AI systems, and backend services to transform industries reliant on outdated processes. Focus on production-grade technologies, automation, and real-time solutions in a high-impact, early-stage environment.
Expectations: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in software, backend, or AI engineering. Proven delivery of production systems. Comfort in fast-paced, ownership-driven settings with rapid execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop APIs, distributed systems, and backend services (Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust).
- Build scalable architectures, AI-powered tools, and LLM-based applications (LangChain, RAG, fine-tuning).
- Develop data pipelines for automation, real-time processing, and intelligent infrastructure.
- Manage databases (relational/graph), cloud platforms (AWS), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Write clean, maintainable code with performance, reliability, and scalability prioritized.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in distributed systems, RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and databases.
