Job Title: Technology Communications and Knowledge Manager
Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of enterprise‑wide technology communication and knowledge management strategies, fostering continuous learning and adoption of IT solutions across the organization.
Expectations: Deliver measurable improvement in technology engagement, maintain high‑quality learning content, and support change initiatives through effective communication and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement communication and knowledge frameworks aligned with corporate change strategies.
- Advise cross‑functional teams on embedding learning methodologies into technology deployment, establishing success metrics and adoption KPIs.
- Develop and govern enterprise curriculum strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and operational needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps, define learning objectives, and curate content in Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Atlassian tools.
- Manage the full lifecycle of learning content, ensuring quality, accuracy, and accessibility across repositories.
- Oversee LMS administration: content management, reporting, analytics, and engagement optimization.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance content creation, delivery, and personalization.
- Champion a knowledge‑sharing culture through workshops, campaigns, and training sessions.
- Provide strategic consulting on communication planning, change enablement, and content governance to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in knowledge management, curriculum development, or instructional design in enterprise settings.
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Slack, ServiceNow, Atlassian suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Expertise in LMS administration, content management, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong project management, multi‑initiative handling, and stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Leadership capability in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and collaborative knowledge culture.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Information Science, or related field.
- Change Management certification or equivalent experience preferred.
