**Job Title** Test Lead (Test Management Lead) **Role Summary** Lead planning, execution, and oversight of testing activities for large‑scale banking and finance projects. Define test strategy, coordinate testing teams, manage defects, produce documentation, drive automation initiatives, and report progress to governance bodies. **Expectations** * Deliver rigorous QA for mission‑critical applications in a regulated environment. * Maintain high quality, traceability, and compliance while meeting project timelines. * Continuously improve testing processes and tooling. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with business and technical requirements. 2. Execute manual and API tests, capture and track defects, and verify resolutions. 3. Lead test campaigns, schedule resources, and coordinate cross‑functional collaboration. 4. Draft and sign off test completion reports (phase‑out PMS). 5. Establish and maintain test documentation to capture scope and lessons learned. 6. Design and propose automation strategies and tools to increase efficiency and coverage. 7. Generate and present activity reports to project steering committees and governance boards. 8. Deliver reliable CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud environments, and ensure proactive monitoring for continuous service availability. **Expectations** * Proven track record in DevOps within banking, finance, or insurance sectors * Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with CI/CD, container orchestration, and cloud platforms * Strong command of English (national or international communication) **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python, or equivalent). 2. Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools. 3. Manage and scale cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS, Azure, or multi‑cloud environments. 4. Deploy and configure container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). 5.
