Job Description
**Job Title** PMO Analyst – IT Infrastructure Programme **Role Summary** Provide PMO and project support for a large, IT infrastructure transformation programme. Responsible for comprehensive project administration, reporting, RAID log maintenance, meeting coordination, and stakeholder liaison across internal and external parties. **Expectations** * Deliver prompt, accurate project documentation and reporting. * Maintain up‑to‑date RAID logs and ensure risk and issue resolution. * Act as liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party suppliers. * Operate effectively within a 3‑day onsite schedule while managing remote responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and action points. - Update and monitor RAID logs, escalating issues as required. - Compile and distribute regular programme and project status reports. - Coordinate third‑party supplier meetings and communications. - Manage project documentation (plans, progress sheets, deliverables) in MS Office/Excel. - Support day‑to‑day project administration and stakeholder queries. **Required Skills** - Proven PMO experience with IT projects or programmes. - Strong project administration and documentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities. - Clear, effective written and verbal communication. - Experience with RAID log creation and maintenance. - Ability to interact with external suppliers and internal teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a UK Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or a related field. - PMI‑PMI or Prince2 entry‑level certification preferred (not mandatory).
