**Job Title** Internal Account Manager **Role Summary** Accountable for managing a portfolio of B2B safety product accounts, driving profitable growth through consultative sales and account development. Job Description

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Role Summary: Deliver and govern business intelligence solutions that support operational and financial performance, providing insights to drive sales growth and commercial decision‑making. Expectations: Act as the subject‑matter expert on SAP BW/HANA, Power BI, and SAP BO platforms; ensure data integrity and a single version of truth; collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements; produce actionable reports; maintain BI governance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead BI governance to promote a single source of truth and consistent stakeholder experience. • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using SAP BW/HANA and related tools. • Communicate with Analysts, IT, and non‑technical users to deliver appropriate data solutions, including third‑party integrations. • Document business requirements, design analytical reports, test data, and validate outputs for quality. • Apply best‑practice research to enhance BI processes and outputs. • Provide analytical support and guidance to Commercial Finance and front‑line teams to inform performance and growth strategies.
