Job Title Training & Recruitment Officer Internship (M/F) Role Summary Administer training programs and manage end-to-end recruitment for Bertrand Hospitality entities within a 9‑person HR team. Support the design, execution, and reporting of learning initiatives while leading candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities over a 6‑month internship period starting January 2026. Expectations - Deliver accurate training administration, budgeting, and compliance with quality procedures. - Execute full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer and contract processing. - Contribute to employer‑brand visibility through social media content and event participation. - Collaborate on strategic projects such as new restaurant/hotel openings and school partnership development. - Proactively propose improvements to processes and tools. Key Responsibilities Training - Maintain administrative and budgetary records for all training sessions. - Create and schedule training sessions; manage participant registrations, notifications, attendance tracking, certificates, and invoicing. - Produce regular reporting on training metrics and outcomes. - Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and training provider standards.
