**Job Title:** CEO & Strategy Coach
**Role Summary:**
Provide high‑level executive coaching to CEOs, founders, and senior leaders, integrating strategic insight with operational excellence to accelerate growth and improve decision‑making. Act as an advisory partner on transformation, governance, and culture initiatives, delivering measurable improvements in performance, alignment, and leadership effectiveness.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable improvement in strategic clarity and execution for client organizations.
- Build lasting relationships with senior executives, earning trust as a thought partner.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a track record of successful outcomes in senior leadership environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide one‑to‑one coaching using structured, data‑driven frameworks; generate actionable insights for leadership effectiveness.
- Mentor leadership teams to enhance collaboration, agility, and long‑term success.
- Partner with executives to design, implement, and monitor operational and strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
- Identify process‑improvement opportunities and guide execution of organizational change.
- Support operational governance, cross‑functional alignment, and performance management.
- Spearhead talent development, culture‑building, and leadership readiness programs.
- Participate in long‑term strategic planning, contributing high‑level operational and leadership insights.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years in C‑suite or senior operational leadership (CEO, COO, CSO, or similar).
- Proven executive coaching, mentoring, or leadership development experience.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep business strategy, operations, financial management, and leadership effectiveness expertise.
- Experience with transformation, scaling, or turnaround initiatives.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, PhD) in Strategy, Leadership, or Organizational Development preferred.
- Relevant coaching or leadership certifications (e.g., ICF, PMH, or equivalent) are an advantage.
