**Job Title:** Marketing Strategy Account Executive
**Role Summary:**
Drive the execution of integrated marketing programs for brand and event clients within the Strategy & Account Services team. Serve as the primary day‑to‑day liaison for clients, support strategy development, coordinate cross‑functional specialist teams, and ensure timely, on‑brief delivery of high‑quality campaign assets.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain strong client relationships with professional, responsive communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal creative, media, and content teams across regions; undertake limited international travel.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, organizational rigor, and strong written/verbal communication.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist strategic leads with research, competitor analysis, audience insights, and channel recommendations.
- Translate strategy into clear briefs, timelines, asset lists, and channel plans.
- Prepare client-facing materials (presentations, reports, recaps) and support meeting logistics.
- Track tasks, dependencies, and approvals; coordinate internal teams and external suppliers.
- Quality‑check deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before client review.
- Support cross‑channel campaign execution (social, content, creative, advertising, earned media).
- Compile performance updates, summary reports, and learnings; aid budget tracking and invoicing.
- Maintain organized account documentation (status trackers, filing, work‑in‑progress logs).
- Provide resourcing updates to account leads and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with new‑business activities such as pitch research and credential updates.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written communication (emails, briefs, reports, presentations).
- High level of organization, detail orientation, and data‑tracking proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with collaboration tools.
- Professional client‑facing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
- Passion for sport, particularly golf, and awareness of the golf media landscape (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- No specific certifications required; relevant project‑management or digital‑marketing training is a plus.
