Job Description
Job title: Senior Product Manager – AI Agents Role Summary: Lead the vision, strategy, and end‑to‑end execution of an AI Agents Platform (voice bots, chatbots, multimodal AI) within a SaaS unified communications environment. Own product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, aligning outcomes with customer needs, business goals, and AI industry trends. Expectations: Deliver measurable impact on customer experience and operational efficiency through AI‑powered features. Drive cross‑functional collaboration, maintain a continuous improvement loop, and uphold ethical, customer‑centric AI practices. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate a clear, outcome‑focused vision and roadmap for AI Agents. - Conduct user, market, and competitive research to inform feature prioritization. - Translate vision into detailed user personas, stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. - Act as liaison among AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, product marketing, sales, support, and leadership. - Lead agile development cycles: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization. - Set success metrics, design test plans, run beta programs, and validate features against real‑world usage. - Own product launch, GTM strategy, value propositions, enablement materials, and internal/external communications. - Monitor adoption metrics, KPIs (usage, automation success, satisfaction), and iterate to refine performance and value. - Maintain alignment with business objectives (efficiency, retention) and competitive intelligence. - Mentor peers, evangelize the AI vision, and champion ethical AI standards. Required Skills: - Strategic product thinking with hands‑on execution. - Experience leading end‑to‑end SaaS/ML product lifecycles. - Strong analytical, prioritization, and data‑driven decision‑making. - Familiarity with conversational AI, multimodal AI, and automation bots. - Proficient in agile product development (Scrum/Kanban). - Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management. - Capability to define metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on feedback. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (required). - Master’s degree or MBA (preferred). - No specific certifications required, but experience with AI/ML product management is essential.
