Job title: Customer Relationship Coordinator Role Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the commercial team, acting as the primary point of contact for customer accounts. Manage CRM data, prepare performance reports, and coordinate cross‑functional onboarding to deliver seamless, high‑quality customer experiences. Expectations: * Serve as the backbone of customer partnerships, ensuring timely and professional communication. * Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records and performance metrics. * Prepare data‑driven reports and presentations for customer reviews. * Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: * Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for customer‑facing teams. * Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, including contracts, activities, and key metrics. * Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for customer reviews and internal stakeholders. * Respond promptly to operational inquiries and serve as a reliable contact for customer needs. * Coordinate onboarding activities across internal departments to ensure a smooth introduction for new accounts. * Monitor and analyze data to spot trends, generate insights, and recommend service improvements. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process efficiencies. Required Skills: * 1–3 years of experience in commercial administration, account coordination, or B2B customer service. * Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. * Competence in data handling, reporting, and presentation creation. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus. * Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience acceptable. * No specific certifications required.
