**Job Title**: Head of AI **Role Summary** Lead the organization’s AI strategy, vision, and execution. Build and scale high‑performing AI, ML, and research teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and ethical production of AI systems that align with business and product objectives. **Expectations** - Own and evolve the AI vision, roadmap, and long‑term strategy. - Demonstrate proven leadership in managing senior engineers and researchers. - Make strategic decisions on build vs. buy of emerging AI technologies. - Communicate complex AI concepts to executive and non‑technical stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and own the company’s AI vision, roadmap, and long‑term strategy. - Lead, mentor, and scale AI, ML, and research teams. - Oversee design, development, deployment, and production scaling of AI systems. - Align AI initiatives with business objectives and product strategy. - Drive adoption of MLOps, governance, and ethics best practices. - Evaluate emerging AI technologies and manage build‑or‑buy decisions. - Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high‑impact AI use cases. - Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and reliable in production. **Required Skills** - Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles. - Proven leadership managing senior engineers and researchers. - Strong technical understanding of modern AI techniques and architectures. - Experience delivering AI systems into production at scale. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. - Strategic mindset with strong commercial and product awareness. **Required Education & Certifications** - Advanced degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. - Relevant certifications in AI/ML, MLOps, or Data Engineering are a plus.
