Job Title: Lead Salesforce Engineer
Role Summary: Spearhead the design, development, and enhancement of Salesforce applications, providing architectural guidance and technical leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and scalable solutions.
Expectations: • 9+ years of Salesforce customization and development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership/management experience within a Salesforce engineering team.
• Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce CPQ, and integrations with external systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Strong command of SOAP/REST APIs, SOQL/SOSL, and core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience).
• Demonstrated ability to manage large data volumes and implement performance optimizations.
• Experience conducting thorough code reviews, enforcing best practices, and resolving production issues.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and SCRUM.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the architectural design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring clean code, modularity, and adherence to enterprise standards.
2. Oversee integration projects with external platforms (e.g., NetSuite), configuring APIs, data flows, and data quality controls.
3. Mentor and coach team members, conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and fostering continuous improvement.
4. Manage large data volumes, implement data model optimizations, and ensure system performance scalability.
5. Resolve complex production incidents and proactively identify risk mitigation strategies.
6. Guide project planning, sprint execution, and product backlog refinement within Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
7. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2)
- Salesforce CPQ Certification
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
- Optional: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Certification preferred.
