Lead the analysis, specification, and coordination of enhancements while ensuring functional quality and user adoption. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, accurate functional specifications for finance and related operational modules. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage the full lifecycle of enhancement requests. - Educate finance users on new features to maximize system utilisation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Gather and validate business requirements from finance and, where relevant, HR stakeholders. 2. Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams. 3.
