**Job Title**: Senior Data Scientist – AI/ML & Time Series
**Role Summary**: Drive end‑to‑end data science workflows, building and deploying AI/ML and time‑series models that deliver tangible business impact.
**Expectations**:
- Own projects from conceptualization through production.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Maintain high coding and documentation standards for reproducibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Acquire, clean, and engineer time‑series and transactional data.
- Design, train, and evaluate models for forecasting, trend detection, and anomaly detection.
- Implement and tune regression, random forest, boosting, and other ML algorithms.
- Leverage large language models: craft prompts, fine‑tune, and integrate inference workflows.
- Seamlessly deploy models into production using containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Perform continuous performance monitoring, retraining, and model drift detection.
**Required Skills**:
- 5+ years of data science experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in time‑series analysis and anomaly detection techniques.
- Proficient in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn, statsmodels, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on ML method implementation: regression, random forest, gradient boosting, etc.
- Experience with LLMs and generative AI: prompt engineering, model inference, and deployment.
- End‑to‑end model lifecycle ownership: experimentation, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI (e.g., Google ML, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer) are advantageous.
