**Job Title**
Product Manager – Marketplace Platform (Order Management)
**Role Summary**
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Order Management pillar of the marketplace platform. Translate market and customer insights into actionable features, drive cross‑functional delivery, and spearhead continuous improvement to maximize value for clients.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in software publishing.
- Deep understanding of order‑to‑cash processes, ERP integration (EDI), supplier/order/invoice management, and digital invoicing.
- Proven communication skills to articulate the product vision to engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban) and mastery of tools such as Jira, ProductBoard, FigJam, and similar.
- Ability to analyze competitive landscape, synthesize data, and iterate on the product roadmap.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and prioritize the roadmap of existing and new features in partnership with the engineering lead.
- Write epics, user stories, and manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery.
- Lead discovery workshops, customer interviews, and internal stakeholder meetings to surface requirements and validate concepts.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to craft go‑to‑market plans, messaging, and sales enablement assets.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to position the product effectively.
- Gather and analyze usage data, customer feedback, and KPIs to drive product enhancements.
- Champion innovation initiatives (AI, EDI‑as‑a‑service, automation) to improve order‑to‑cash workflows and customer experience.
**Required Skills**
- Product management (roadmap, backlog, release management).
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Stakeholder management & stakeholder communication.
- Technical acumen in order‑to‑cash, ERP‑EDI integration, supplier, order, and invoice lifecycle.
- Data‑driven decision making (analytics, metric setting).
- Marketing collaboration (go‑to‑market strategy, messaging).
- Tools: Jira, ProductBoard, FigJam, Confluence (or equivalents).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Product Management certification (Product School, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent) and Agile certification (CSM, PMI‑ACP, or similar) preferred.
