Affiliate & Display Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead performance marketing for affiliate and programmatic display channels, driving customer acquisition, optimizing spend efficiency, and maintaining alignment with brand and business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable ROAS, CPA, revenue growth, and KPI improvements.
- Manage and expand a diversified affiliate network, ensuring high‑quality partner relationships.
- Oversee day‑to‑day programmatic display execution and optimization.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and forecasting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Grow and scale the affiliate marketing program across content, loyalty, influencer, and technology partner segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with top affiliate networks (e.g., Rakuten, Partnerize, Commission Junction).
- Manage campaign operations: offer approvals, creative asset coordination, tracking QA, and partner communication.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for scaling high‑performing partners and exploring new opportunities.
- Plan, launch, and optimize programmatic display campaigns via DSPs.
- Collaborate with paid search, social, and site teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys and consistent messaging.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, revenue, CTR, viewability) to inform optimization.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and partner‑level incrementality testing.
- Partner with Analytics and Finance to validate performance, set forecasts, and support monthly reporting.
- Ensure compliance with brand, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5 years managing affiliate programs and/or programmatic display campaigns.
- Proficiency with affiliate networks (Rakuten Linkshare, Partnerize, CJ), DSP platforms, and attribution tools.
- Advanced analytical skills; fluent in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
- Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
- Self‑directed project management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Passion for retail/e‑commerce with a sense of ownership and accountability.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Adobe Analytics) are a plus but not mandatory.
