Job Description: **Job Title:** Senior Frontend Developer (React) **Role Summary:** Lead the design and development of high‑performance single‑page applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript. Own end‑to‑end front‑end delivery, from concept with Product Designers to production, ensuring reusable code libraries, rigorous testing, and optimal performance across browsers and devices. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5–6 years of senior front‑end development experience. - Mastery of modern JavaScript and React ecosystems. - Proven ability to create modular, testable component systems. - Strong communication with product, design, and client engineering stakeholders. - Commitment to code quality, performance optimization, and best‑practice advocacy. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Collaborate with Product Designers to translate concepts into functional UI. 2. Build reusable component libraries and UI‑toolkits for internal reuse. 3. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following established standards. 4. Implement unit tests, end‑to‑end tests (e.g., Selenium), and CI/CD pipelines. 5. Optimize rendering performance, identify and eliminate bottlenecks. 6. Conduct design and code reviews, mentoring junior developers. 7. Stay current with front‑end trends (Micro‑Frontends, CSS‑in‑JS, etc.) and introduce improvements. **Required Skills:** - Deep proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross‑browser compatibility. - Experience with Node.js tooling, build systems, and performance profiling. - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), UI test tools (Selenium). - Exposure to linting/formatting tools (ESLint, Prettier). - Understanding of Micro‑Frontend architecture is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master of Science in Computer Science or a closely related technical field. - No specific professional certifications required but relevant coursework in web development is desirable.
