Job Description
Job title: Assistant Commercial Role Summary: Support the sales team by managing inbound calls, following up on marketing-generated leads, updating client data, preparing activity reports, and coordinating appointments for sales representatives. Expectations: - Excellent telephone communication skills and a commercial mindset. - Strong organizational and meticulous approach to tasks. - Ability to work independently yet collaborate within a team. - Ability to handle both administrative and commercial follow‑ups in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process telephone contacts from marketing channels (initial outreach, follow‑ups, appointment setting). - Update client records and maintain accurate database entries. - Generate and edit sales activity reports and performance statistics. - Arrange and supervise appointments and meeting logistics for sales staff. - Provide general administrative support to the commercial team. Required Skills: - Proficiency in French (verbal and written). - Phone etiquette and customer‑orientation. - Strong data entry skills and familiarity with CRM or sales software. - Organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities. - Team‑working and adaptability. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management or commercial assistance preferred. - Candidates with vocational training or relevant internships will also be considered. ---
