Cloud Architect GCP
**Role Summary**
Design and lead the implementation of end‑to‑end Google Cloud Platform solutions, ensuring architecture scalability, security, and operational excellence. Act as a technical mentor and evangelist, collaborating closely with clients, sales, and engineering teams to drive cloud transformation initiatives.
**Expactations**
- 8–15 years of cloud experience, with 3+ years as a GCP Architect.
- Strong technical leadership, agile mindset, and continuous learning orientation.
- Fluency in English for workshops, meetings, and training.
- Proven ability to guide teams, challenge existing approaches, and champion best practices.
- Sensitivity to FinOps and cost optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define complete GCP architectures: landing zones, IAM, networking, container orchestration, serverless, data services, and FinOps.
- Drive DevOps adoption: CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), GitOps, automation, and observability.
- Lead modernization projects, including cloud‑native, microservices, and serverless migration.
- Conduct workshops, pre‑sales activities, and RFP support.
- Mentor and technically supervise consultants, cloud engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Evangelize GCP practices within client and internal communities.
**Required Skills**
- Cloud Adoption Framework, Landing Zones, GCP WAF.

- Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Cloud Build.

- Cloud Armor, Cloud IDS, Security Command Center, Chronicle.
- Logging & Monitoring tools: Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring.
- Networking, security, observability, high‑availability, scalability best practices.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Professional GCP certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect) or equivalent experience.
