Job Description

**Job Title** Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end warehouse operations and coordinate cross‑functional support for WMS, JDE, and logistics systems. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on system issues, project implementations, and annual inventory initiatives, ensuring seamless data integrity and process efficiency. **Expectations** - Deliver 100 % uptime for WMS and integrated interfaces. - Resolve production‑team incidents within first‑line escalation. - Actively participate in project reviews, P1 calls, and interface monitoring. - Maintain accurate data for inventory and reporting. - Foster collaboration with production, logistics, and IT teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor and maintain WMS, JDE, and associated interfaces; raise/support tickets, unlock interfaces, and participate in P1 calls. - Coordinate resolution of production‑team issues related to WMS screens, conveyor links, and carrier data capture. - Oversee daily EPC support (laptops, peripherals, printers) and access‑support tasks; act as SME for workstation services. - Lead WMS‑related projects (mWMS, TMS, JDE developments) and infrastructure improvements. - Plan and execute annual inventory: schedule with production, cleanse WMS data, supervise on‑site inventory, validate results, and upload to logistics software and JDE. - Provide daily support and communication for EPC and related workplace services. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration (JDE preferred). - Proficiency in interface monitoring, BO reporting, and ticket‑management tools. - Experience with logistics software, TMS, and transportation planning. - Problem‑solving and incident‑resolution skills under time‑pressured environments. - Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and cross‑functional team leadership. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or equivalent are desirable.
