Job Title: Full Stack Engineer
Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end features for a modern service‑management platform, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability. Own the entire feature lifecycle from concept to production, collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and engineering teams, and act as a domain product owner.
Expectations: • 2–5 years of professional experience building production web applications. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React on the front end. • Solid experience in at least one backend language (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Java). • Demonstrated ability to design REST/GraphQL APIs, optimize relational databases (MySQL preferred), and implement CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud environments, containerization (Docker), and automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end). • Excellent debugging, communication, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities: • Own full‑stack features: design APIs, implement backend services, and build maintainable UI components. • Develop and maintain scalable, secure, observable services (APIs, background workers, authentication, third‑party integrations). • Build polished, accessible, performant UIs using modern React patterns. • Design and tune persistence layers: schema design, indexing, query optimization, caching. • Ship well‑tested code, manage CI/CD, rollouts, and incident response. • Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering in planning, design reviews, and execution. • Lead technical proposals, trade‑off analysis, and documentation. • Act as domain product owner: prioritize customer value, shipping cadence, and quality. • Continuously improve code quality through reviews, refactoring, and system enhancements.
Required Skills: • JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and a backend language (Node.js/TS, Python, Java). • REST/GraphQL API design and integration. • Relational database expertise (MySQL preferred), indexing, query optimization. • AWS or equivalent cloud platform experience. • Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. • Strong debugging across UI, API, and DB layers. • Clear, collaborative communication and documentation habits.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
