Job Title: Senior Regional Marketing Manager – EU (UK, Netherlands, Nordics)
Role Summary:
Lead and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive demand generation and pipeline growth for B2B technology solutions. Design, launch, and optimize integrated multi‑channel campaigns, manage events, partner programs, and content localization, aligning closely with sales and cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the regional marketing strategy, aligning with sales to support pipeline and revenue targets.
- Design, launch, and measure multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, ABM, webinars) tailored to target personas and industries.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver digital, virtual, and in‑person events (trade shows, user groups, hospitality) with clear ROI and pipeline outcomes.
- Lead partner marketing initiatives, creating joint campaigns and ensuring partner alignment.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing to localise content, PR, and social media assets for the region.
- Oversee lead management processes, ensuring SDR teams qualify and follow up on marketing‑generated leads.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, track spend, KPI, and ROI; continuously refine tactics to maximise impact.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors and service providers as required.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise digital spend and achieve marketing ROI.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT security or software solutions.
- Proven expertise in multi‑channel campaign execution and event management.
- Strong project management and prioritisation under competing deadlines.
- Digital marketing proficiency, including ABM, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation (HubSpot).
- Data‑driven mindset with comfort analysing performance metrics.
- Native English language skills; additional European languages advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for industry events and regional meetings.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, Salesforce Administration or similar are a plus.
