Job Description

**Job Title:** C++ Developer (M/F) **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, real‑time C++ applications for trading floor environments in the finance/energy sectors. Work closely with business teams to deliver low‑latency solutions, contribute to technical strategy, and ensure timely, high‑quality releases. **Expectations:** - Proven experience with C++14+ in real‑time, millisecond‑level applications. - Strong background in multithreaded programming, performance optimization, and memory management. - Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate in English. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain C++ business applications for trading desks. - Implement advanced algorithms (binary trees, dichotomy, hashing). - Design, optimize, and tune low‑latency, millisecond‑scale real‑time systems. - Build and manage multithreaded, parallel processing components. - Participate in technology selection, code reviews, and architectural decisions. - Ensure delivery meets functional, technical, and schedule requirements. **Required Skills:** - C++14 or newer, proficient with STL and Boost libraries. - Expertise in multithreading, synchronization, and thread‑safe design. - Performance tuning for low latency and efficient memory usage. - Familiarity with iterators, design patterns, and MessageQueue architectures. - Strong Unix/Linux development environment experience. - Good problem‑solving mindset, curiosity, and knowledge‑sharing attitude. - Professional working proficiency in English. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Engineering degree (equivalent to Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
