Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer
Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of custom applications, configurations, and AI‑driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise service delivery and process optimization.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, scalable ServiceNow solutions; collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to redesign processes; integrate AI/ML capabilities; provide expert guidance on best practices; maintain compliance with defined governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and configurations across multiple modules, including the Service Catalog.
- Integrate AI features such as AI Agent Studio, Now Assist, Conversational AI, and predictive intelligence to automate workflows and improve user experience.
- Lead advanced development tasks for enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with architecture and security standards.
- Analyze and redesign business processes in partnership with stakeholders; translate requirements into functional design documents.
- Create, modify, and maintain complex Service Catalog items; document specifications and user guides.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Required Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Molde, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).
- Experience in Service Catalog development and complex catalog item configuration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI/ML products (Agent Studio, Now Assist, Conversational AI, Predictive Intelligence).
- Ability to analyze processes, map workflows, and propose automation solutions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management and coordination abilities.
- Comfort with agile development environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
- Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent.
- Relevant professional development or certifications in AI/ML or advanced ServiceNow modules is an advantage.
