Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
Role Summary: Design, build, and deploy production‑ready AI/LLM systems using Claude.Code, focusing on prompt engineering, agent workflows, and scalable architectures.
Expactations: Deliver high‑performance, reliable AI solutions that translate business requirements into actionable products; maintain cost, latency, and governance standards; collaborate cross‑functionally to define AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Claude.Code‑based LLM applications.
- Engineer prompts, agent workflows, and tool‑augmented LLM services.
- Integrate AI models with backend APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability for production.
- Implement monitoring, evaluation, and governance frameworks for AI systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities.
- Stay current with advances in LLMs, agentic AI, and applied machine learning.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of software engineering with a strong AI/ML focus.
- Hands‑on Claude.Code experience (prompting, agents, tools, workflows).
- Proficient in Python and AI/ML libraries/frameworks.
- Deep understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent architectures.
- Experience integrating LLMs with APIs, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring practices.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Industry certifications preferred: AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer Associate, TensorFlow Developer, or equivalent.
