Job Description
**Job Title:** Salesforce Solutions Consultant **Role Summary:** Design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that address client business challenges. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring best‑practice implementations, agile delivery, and high client satisfaction across multiple concurrent engagements. **Expectations:** - Deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions on time, within scope and budget. - Maintain high‑quality, sustainable configurations with minimal technical debt. - Manage multiple SOW‑based projects simultaneously. - Continuously adopt new Salesforce features and share knowledge internally. - Communicate clearly with stakeholders, facilitating workshops and demos. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate business requirements into user stories and scalable designs. - Configure objects, fields, flows, record‑triggered automations, page layouts, reports, and dashboards. - Apply deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (case management, omni‑channel, entitlements, etc.). - Design data models, integrations, and extensions in partnership with developers (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi). - Participate in Agile ceremonies; support QA, UAT, defect triage, and go‑live readiness. - Produce release notes, solution documentation, and enablement materials. - Lead client workshops, clarify edge cases, and present solution demos. - Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and design gaps. - Contribute to practice development: internal training, reusable assets, release readiness reviews. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years SDLC experience; 5+ years focused on Salesforce. - Declarative Salesforce expertise (configuration, low‑code automation). - Proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; familiarity with other clouds (Health, Manufacturing, CPQ, Field Service) a plus. - Integration design using middleware (MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, etc.). - Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities. - Agile delivery experience; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification (required). - Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., CPQ, Health Cloud) preferred but not mandatory.
