**Job Title:** Agentic AI Developer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and conversational solutions that improve client experiences and operational efficiency. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient AI products aligned with strategic business objectives.
**Expectations:**
- 10–14 years of professional experience in AI/ML and conversational systems.
- Deliver production‑ready AI agents on schedule while maintaining high quality.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor within a 15+ member team.
- Ensure solutions meet innovation, resilience, and client‑centric standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect, build, test, and launch AI agents, chatbots, and conversational AI platforms.
- Integrate AI models using frameworks such as LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Rasa, and Dialogflow.
- Write clean, maintainable code in Python, Java, or equivalent languages.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to define requirements and deployment pipelines.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Document designs, implementation details, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven track record developing AI agents, chatbots, or conversational AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python and Java (or comparable languages).
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks: LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar.
- Strong understanding of machine‑learning concepts, NLP, and model deployment.
- Ability to work in agile, cross‑functional settings and communicate technical ideas clearly.
- Problem‑solving mindset with focus on innovation and client outcomes.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, or equivalent) are a plus.
