Job title: Sales Director – Fintech (Enterprise)
Role Summary
Lead the enterprise sales function across the UK and EMEA for a compliance‑automation FinTech SaaS platform. Define revenue strategy, develop high‑performing sales teams, and collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to drive growth and market expansion.
Expectations
Build and scale a results‑focused sales organization, achieve aggressive revenue targets, and foster an inclusive, psychologically safe culture. Navigate organizational changes with transparency and integrity, maintaining confidentiality on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise revenue strategy aligned with long‑term growth goals.
- Hire, coach, and develop Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Success teams, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
- Design scalable sales processes and go‑to‑market frameworks for complex FinTech/financial services clients.
- Lead strategic, multi‑stakeholder negotiations with a consultative, relationship‑driven approach.
- Partner with founders on pricing, product‑market fit, competitive positioning, and market expansion.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, implement robust pipeline governance, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of psychological safety, open communication, and diverse perspectives.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in FinTech, RegTech, or financial services.
- Proven track record of leading and developing diverse sales teams with empathy and operational clarity.
- Deep understanding of compliance, risk, or regulatory technology platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate organizational change and manage confidential strategic information.

Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant sales or product certifications (e.g., CRM, sales methodology) are advantageous.
