Job Description
Job Title: Head of Growth Role Summary: Founding leader responsible for owning and scaling the entire B2C growth engine of an AI‑powered talent platform. Design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue funnels across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle channels while building a high‑performing growth team. Expectations: Deliver rapid scalable user acquisition and revenue growth; establish data‑driven experimentation culture; lead a small, world‑class growth team; collaborate closely with product and data functions; translate strategy into actionable, high‑impact execution. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the comprehensive B2C growth strategy. - Lead paid media buying, channel testing, performance marketing, and analytics. - Optimize customer acquisition and lifecycle funnels across paid, organic, referral, and retention channels. - Build, mentor, and manage a small, world‑class growth team to support rapid scaling. - Partner with Product and Data teams to drive insights, rapid experimentation, and product‑driven growth initiatives. - Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and ROI analysis to inform continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Proven track record of successful B2C or B2C‑to‑B2B growth in digital marketing. - Deep analytical expertise and hands‑on experience with paid acquisition and growth experimentation. - Experience in early‑stage (≤100 employees) fast‑scaling environments. - Strong strategic thinking combined with ability to execute rapidly and iterate quickly. - Leadership skills to build, coach, and empower a small high‑performance team. - Proficiency with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and media‑buying tools. - Ability to collaborate effectively with product and data teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required. - Relevant digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) preferred.
