**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across CSM and ITSM modules to drive operational efficiency and meet business objectives. Lead end‑to‑end implementation of applications, workflows, and integrations, ensuring high‑quality, scalable deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and implement CSM and ITSM solutions.
- Configure and customize Case Management, Tasks, Lifecycle Events, and Activities.
- Build applications using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
- Create and manage Service Catalogs, Order Guides, Record Producers, and advanced workflows.
- Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, Request, and Asset Management modules.
- Develop self‑service portals, dashboards, and reporting via Performance Analytics.
- Write and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Integrate CMDB, Discovery, and Mid‑Server configurations.
- Build front‑end components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; server‑side logic with JSP, Servlets, JDBC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, test deliverables, and train end users.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Deep expertise in CSM and ITSM modules.
- Proficient with UI Builder, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer.
- Advanced scripting in ServiceNow (Client, Server, UI Policies, Business Rules).
- Experience with Discovery, CMDB, Asset Management integration.
- Strong database knowledge (JDBC, SQL).
- Front‑end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Java‑based backend (JSP, Servlets).
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum 5 years hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
- Preferred certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CA-DEV)
