Strategic Insights Analyst
**Role Summary**
Analyze product, user, and market data to deliver actionable, data‑driven insights that steer strategic initiatives and enhance business performance. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to design and implement analytical solutions, develop models for pricing, segmentation, and margin optimization, and continuously improve processes through BI and system enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business partners to identify priorities and develop effective analytic solutions.
- Perform statistical and data‑mining analyses for customer segmentation, competitor benchmarking, and behavioral modeling.
- Build, maintain, and validate models for product pricing, market opportunity assessment, and margin improvement.
- Design and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) that inform decision‑making.
- Contribute to the BI roadmap by identifying gaps, proposing new models or tools, and guiding implementation.
- Document business processes, data models, and analytical methodologies to ensure consistency and repeatability.
- Recommend process improvements through information systems or operational changes, supporting proposal development.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data manipulation; mastery of Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with SPSS, SAS, or equivalent packages.
- Expertise in data modeling, database design, segmentation techniques, and data mining.
- Ability to create compelling visualizations and narratives that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience leading BI and analytics initiatives in a large, multinational organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the skill to present to senior leadership.
- Self‑driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently across multiple time zones.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, or Finance.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications in data analytics or BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are advantageous.
