Elle déploie une stratégie globale et des actions concrètes en matière de développement économique et territorial, et de formation, en faveur de l’artisanat et des TPE. Premier organisme de formation d’Île de France, en apprentissage et en formation continue, la CMA forme à plus de 80 diplômes sur 20 sites différents. Elle accueille et oriente les Artisans désirant se perfectionner et toutes les personnes en reconversion professionnelle. Par son action durable et quotidienne, la CMA Île de France renforce l’économie locale et favorise la croissance des entreprises dans les évolutions numériques, environnementales, et sociales. Required Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; active listening and empathy. - Proven sales experience in service‑based or consultative environments. - Self‑driven, organized, and detail‑oriented. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. - Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). - Ability to analyze client needs and craft actionable proposals. - Collaborative mindset; works well in cross‑functional teams.
