**Job Title:** Home Purchase Plan Adviser (CeMap) **Role Summary:** Provide Shariah-compliant mortgage advice for StrideUp’s Home Purchase Plans (HPP) and Buy‑to‑Let Purchase Plans (BTLPP). Manage end‑to‑end client journeys, meet application and completion targets, and collaborate with sales, compliance, underwriting, and tech teams to deliver tailored financing solutions in a fast‑growing fintech environment. **Expectations:** - Minimum 2 years experience as a mortgage adviser with CeMap or equivalent. - Extensive knowledge of buy‑to‑let financing, including HMOs, MUBs, and portfolio landlords. - Passion for Islamic finance and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. - Deliver a seamless, client‑centric experience while maintaining regulatory compliance. - Drive growth and meet or exceed set targets for applications, offers, and completed cases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Advise clients on HPP and BTLPP products, ensuring suitability and regulatory compliance. - Manage the full financing cycle from initial enquiry through offer to settlement, maintaining client communication. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, compliance, underwriting, technology) to streamline processes. - Track and report performance metrics, striving to meet application, offer, and completion targets. - Identify opportunities to up‑sell or cross‑sell related products while adhering to ethical standards. - Provide timely resolution of client queries and concerns, fostering trust and satisfaction. - Keep up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, product updates, and industry best practices. **Required Skills:** - Strong customer‑orientation and consultative selling. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financing scenarios. - Proficient use of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). - Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance. - Collaborative team player, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to work independently as a self‑starter and meet targets. **Required Education & Certifications:** - CeMap or equivalent mortgage‑advice qualification. - Minimum 2 years post‑qualification mortgage‑advising experience, including BTL experience. - CAS achievement preferred, but not mandatory.【/content】
